At Dragons Tooth Woodworking, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade wooden jewelry and decor. Because our items are crafted from natural materials and often personalized, please review our return guidelines below:
#### 1. Standard (Non-Personalized) Items
We accept returns and exchanges on our standard, non-customized product collections (such as our themed wooden earrings) within 14 days of delivery.
* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it, inside its original packaging.
* Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
#### 2. Personalized & Custom Engraved Items (Final Sale)
Due to the uniquely tailored nature of custom pieces, all sales on personalized items, custom-engraved plaques, and made-to-order designs are **FINAL SALE**. We cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges on these items once production has begun.
*Please double-check all spelling, dates, and customization details at the time of order placement. We create your items exactly as they are submitted.*
#### 3. Natural Wood Variations
Please note that because our products are handcrafted from natural wood, individual pieces will feature unique grain patterns, knots, and slight natural color variations. These organic characteristics are a beautiful testament to authentic woodwork and are not considered manufacturing defects.
#### 4. Damages and Order Errors
If your order arrives damaged during transit, or if we made a typographical error that differs from the personalization details you provided:
* Please contact us at support@dragonstoothwoodworking.com within 5 days of receiving your package.
* Include your order number and a clear photograph of the damage or error.
* We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
#### How to Initiate a Return
To start a return for an eligible, non-customized item, please email us at support@dragonstoothwoodworking.com with your order number. Do not mail items back without receiving return authorization instructions first.
