Thank you for supporting handcrafted woodwork! Each of our pieces is carefully designed, crafted, and packaged at our workshop. Because many of our items are made-to-order or require custom graphic design, please review our timeline and shipping guidelines below.

#### 1. Processing & Custom Design Timelines
Your order goes through a production phase before it is handed over to the shipping carrier. The time required depends on the complexity of your item:
* **Standard Catalog Items (e.g., Wood Earring Collections):** Ships within **[1 to 3] business days**.
* **Standard Personalized Items (e.g., Simple Name/Date Engraving):** Ships within **3 to 5 business days**.
* **Bespoke / Custom Graphic Design Orders (e.g., Unique layouts, logos, or custom imagery):** Processing for these highly tailored items depends on two distinct phases:
1. **The Design Phase (Variable Time):** After you place your order, we will draft a digital design proof and email it to you for review. The timeline for this phase depends entirely on the speed of our back-and-forth communication and any revision requests. *To protect the quality of your item, we will not begin crafting until we receive your explicit, final written approval on the design.*
2. **The Production Phase (5 Business Days):** Once you give us the final "green light" on your graphic proof, our workshop clock officially begins. We require up to **5 business days** from the date of design approval to precisely laser-engrave, sand, seal, and finish your custom product before it ships.
*Please note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays. If a design is approved on a Friday evening, its 5-day production window begins the following Monday.*

#### 2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
